-Facial of the month selection changes monthly and there are no substitutions available for the club facial; however, upgrades are available 

-Package is non-transferable and facials may not be used by anyone other than the club member

-Any club facial booked and not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be forfeited

-Package expires exactly 1 year from the date of purchase and any facials not used prior to the expiration of the package are forfeited
